MRTG is (was) a great tool to make nice graphs for nearly
everything. You should find everything on

http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/mrtg/

BUT...

There is a much more advanced tool for this purpose called
RRDtool which is much more extensible:

http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/rrdtool/

you can use it in combination with Cricket

http://cricket.sourceforge.net/

to get very nice looking graphs.
