I saw "jitter" in the title, so with respect to voice: NetIQ Chariot, along with an Avaya product called Expertnet, can measure MOS, jitter, delay, and packet loss while simulating voice calls (software installed on PCs simulate IP phones). Chariot is a very expensive product, and Expertnet isn't a shrink wrapped product today. Consultants bring it in and use it on the network and write a report/make recommendations. http://www1.avaya.com/enterprise/testimonials/svc1737.pdf http://www.netiq.com/solutions/voip/default.asp
