Thanks for all your input guy's .... I think I confused the issue somewhat !! What I meant was that 'the 7200 is terminating frame relay circuits and not acting as a switch' !! (Thanks MADMAN), and that if the Frame fails the ISDN would immediately kick in to provide connectivity ....
