Hi Dear all,

I want to ask what is the difference when the ISDN layer 2 shown as
TEI_ASSIGNED and MULITPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED when the layer 1 is active?

I found my layer2 is shown as TEI_ASSIGNED most of the time, but it is a
working ISDN line when I want to make connection. But sometime the layer2
is shown as MULITPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED when I didn't make any ISDN call?
Why? In what situation, it will shown as MULITPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED?

Besides, why sometime, it has two TEI number assigned as shown below

Router>sh isdn status
Global ISDN Switchtype = basic-net3
ISDN BRI6/0 interface
        dsl 40, interface ISDN Switchtype = basic-net3

        0 Active Layer 3 Call(s)
    Active dsl 40 CCBs = 0
