Dovelet, Use a static MAC address:
(config)# mac-address-table 01.00.5e.11.22.33 fastethernet 0/1 fastethernet 0/2 fastethernet 0/3 vlan 1 Just make sure that the MAC address correctly represents the multicast IP. I chose the MAC address for 224.17.34.51, mainly because I'm not particularly creative. :) - Tom dovelet wrote: > Hi all, > > I am using a Cisco Cat.2950 switch to connect the network.
