I think this may be a da15 connector. The pairs are 1,9 and 3,11. Can't remember if 1 goes to 3 or 1 goes to 11. Larscom has lots of info on this type of stuff.
I suspect you have even a bigger problem. Since this is a channelised board I suspect you will not be able to just connect them back to back.
