I should have specified that I have already tried configuring the Paradyne CSU as if the circuit were data-only, but only data passes under those circumstances, not voice. When the circuit is unplugged from the CSU and plugged directly into the PBX, voice works fine, so telco obviously has the circuit provisioned for both. The problem appears to be the CSU config. GM
