Some switches, especially a 3550 or two for the CCIE lab. Maybe get a 3600
router or two also, since 2500 routers are becoming obsolete and may not
have all the latest knobs.

You have a job? Stay put, dude! ;-) You probably won't find a better job at
this time. Make it clear to your manager what your career goals are and ask
to work on projects that match your goals. But it is probably an excellent
time to stay put. There are very few jobs for CCNAs right now.
