This I do regularly. I have a question though. Why isn't there a link to technical documents under the technical support menu? I see that you can find the old universcd page by scrolling down to the bottom of the home page. recently added. not intuitive at all. additionally, it is far more difficult, IMHO, to find things in the TAC area. Particularly when looking for tools such as Software Advisor and others that used to be easily found. I see the key problem is what I perceive to be a lack of thought behind the hierarchy of pages. a lot of the marketing and pre-sales type materials are very easily found. a lot of other things are not.
