Voice quality is as you might expect in a situation where you can't control QoS. I would compair it to cell phone quality. You can have some echo, some fade from time to time. We use Sprint for Internet access so remote sites that also use Sprint (or Earthlink) work well almost all the time where as others . . . Hope this helps, Scott
