You've got to be able to prove (in others words have documentable proof), that you've worked for a cumulative total of 4 years in the security field. Now, the caveat is that your work can be spread amongst the ten domains or relegated to one as long as your total time meets the minimum criteria. Then you are eligible to test. Once you test and pass, you must then be sponsored by a CISSP in good standing.
