You may indeed experience issues with NAT and VoIP. You will have to revisit your NAT pool and review the address schema for your IP telephony end points and most likely adjust your pools accordingly. This will also, depending on the size of the deployment and enterprise, probably cause you to have to review your DHCP scope(s) as well.
