Raj, There's a free utility available called Kiwi's cattools. It has an option available to build a 'master arp table file' from the cisco devices you setup in the program, which you can then view in excel. The file will contain the MAC and the IP and you can search on either. If you haven't used the program before it might take you a bit to set it up depending on how many devices you have, but it's pretty handy. I just used it to automatically change an entry on some dial peer groups on about 15 routers, much easier than logging in and doing it manually.
