Correct me if I am wrong but according to the CCIE Blue Print IPX is still on the lab, It is in the section of Desktop Protocols IPX (NLSP, IPX-RIP/SAP,IPX-EIGRP, SPX, NCP,IPXWAN,IPX Addressing, GNS....)
