When the primary is up the route table shows:

192.1.1.0/24 is variably subnetted, 2 subnets, 2 masks
S 192.1.1.0/24 is directly connected, Serial0/0:1
C 192.1.1.25/32 is directly connected, Serial0/0:1

When the primary goes down it shows:

192.1.1.0/24 is variably subnetted, 2 subnets, 2 masks
S 192.1.1.0/24 is directly connected, BRI1/1
C 192.1.1.25/32 is directly connected, BRI1/1

This is why I don't understand why it will not work !!

Thanks,

Derek
