once u've defined your inside and outside NAT interfaces, that command is
all u need.... however, what's your IOS version....?..

try looking at your IP NAT stats:

show ip nat statistics

if all looks good, or queer, try clearing your NAT table and let it
rebuild.. sometimes, the entries could have gone stale...
