That's very bizarre behavior! I just tried it on our 6513 with SUP2/MSFC2 running 12.1(11b)E3 and I couldn't recreate what you're seeing. If you continue to see this behavior and you don't determine the cause I'd open a case with Cisco. I'd think that would be a bug they'd want to fix.
