Hello, Under the 803 configs where you have "dialer wait-for-carrier-time 2" you probably want to change that to "dialer enable-timeout 2" - this is how long the callback server should wait before initiating callback.
But I would think that the router should still be dialing back after the default (15 sec?) anyway. Make sure you also have configured under global config mode: map-class dialer callback dialer callback-server [username] .. I put your config on my setup here and looked at some debug output and found these interesting lines on the return callback call (last few lines of each) : 3620 ROUTER (callback client) 01:41:07: ISDN BR1/0: RX RELEASE_COMP pd = 8 callref = 0x82 01:41:07: Cause i = 0x8095 - Call rejected 803 ROUTER (callback server) 01:39:23: DDR: Callback timer expired 01:39:23: Di10 DDR: beginning callback to HQ3620 13 01:39:23: BR0 DDR: rotor dialout [priority] 01:39:23: BR0 DDR: Dialing cause Callback return call 01:39:23: BR0 DDR: Attempting to dial 13 01:39:23: ISDN BR0: TX -> SETUP pd = 8 callref = 0x2E 01:39:23: Bearer Capability i = 0x8890 01:39:23: Channel ID i = 0x83 01:39:23: Called Party Number i = 0x80, '13', Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown 01:39:23: ISDN BR0: RX RELEASE pd = 8 callref = 0x2E 01:39:25: Cause i = 0x8095 - Call rejected 01:39:25: ISDN BR0: RX <- RELEASE_COMP pd = 8 callref = 0xAE 01:39:25: Cause i = 0x8090 - Normal call clearing It looks like when the incoming caller id is received at the 3620 it wants to try to callback the 803. I removed the keyword "callback" from the line "dialer caller 11 callback" and the config works after this. Regards, Glenn.
