I just wanted to note that this message got nailed by the same bug that catches URLs on the first line of the message. The bug actually has nothing to do with URLs. It's triggered when the first word on the first line of the message ends with a ":". Notice how the "Ammendment:" is in the middle of the headers (I stripped the unnecessary ones out).
