We have wordpress installed on the pilot server and subdomains pointing to it. If there is "better" journal software (like a CMS - Content Management System) that anyone prefers...that can be done as well.

A citizendium "newspaper" ala wikipedia signpost would be a good idea for academics to keep up with without having to dig into the mailing list, forum and technical sites for news. I like newspapers..but a blog may just as acceptable.

Dear Larry,

I think such a Journal would be a great idea. My thoughts about your
proposal are as follows.

First, give it some time. The whole system is not running yet, and setting
up a journal already now is a bit early IMHO. If the journal is published
once a month, we still have some time to go, before starting with the
additional work.

I would suggest to publish it not only on this mailing list (maybe here
just a link) but on an extra webpage (e.g. journal.citizendium.org), where
it is a bit easier to add some style. This would in my opinion be
necessary to get more people to read the paper, even as a printed-out
version, especially in educational institutions. A lot people I know that
would be interested in CZ would not like to read a mailing list.

Just my two cents...

Kind regards,
