A third solution: have editorial workgroups organize large-scale "attacks" on sets of articles. For this we must actually get citizendium-editors started. I don't want to do that until we've gone through the editor applications, and we're not even halfway through; there's around 130 still left to go through. Everyone that we invite to become editors will also be invited to join citizendium-editors.
