Folks, let me underscore that we do need quite a few new constables. If
we're going to further liberalize the CZ sign-up procedure, which we really
want to do (see http://forum.citizendium.org/index.php/topic,426.0.html), we
need your help!

NOTE, if you have previously applied to become a constable, please simply
let us know if you are still willing to do this!

Primarily, you are needed to make sure new arrivals are making accounts
correctly and are adding bios. Our present constables are working pretty
hard, and with a liberalized system of "soft security," they may not be able
to stay on top of the workload themselves. We still have a backlog of
applications under the present system. So we really do need your help!
