In a new forum post, I think I've put my finger on what, at root, is the
cause of conflict on wikis.  I hope you enjoy it at least, and I would like
your opinion.  I take the position that conflicts are best explained not by
personal irritations, or bias, but quite simply by failure to agree--and by
the lack of a clear method for resolving that disagreement.

If my diagnosis is right--it might not be, though I've given this a fair bit
of thought--our next step is to create and really solidify a unified
decision-making process.

I'd like to clarify something, by the way: anyone who makes proposals and
starts discussions of interest to the community at large may post a link to
it here on Citizendium-L.  Similarly, editors who post remarks that are of
special interest to editors can post such announcements to
Citizendium-Editors.  Please do!
