There's an excellent chance of a switchover to the most recent MediaWiki
version this weekend.  After that--watch out--we'll get this automated
application approval plugin up and running, and then we'll have no excuse
not to start massive recruitment.  Massive recruitment is how I built
Nupedia and then Wikipedia--and projects before those, too.  It's sort of a
specialty of mine.

Except that next week I'm speaking in Dublin about "The New Politics of
Knowledge" to the Institute for European Affairs.
