Job Title : Program Manager
Location : Owings Mills .MD
Duration : 2 Year Contract
Rate : $40/hr on C2C

*Description:*
Responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide
program(s) consisting of multiple projects. Develops the program strategy,
supporting business case and various enterprise-wide high-level project
plans. Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing,
and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business. Communicates with
leadership and consultants to clarify program strategy, direction and
changes. Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the program on
time, within budget and meeting the strategic needs and business
requirements. Responsible for tracking key project milestones and
recommending adjustments, noting triple constraint impact, to key
stakeholders. Partners with senior leadership of the business community to
identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing program and project
resources to achieve the goals of the enterprise. .

*Required Qualifications:
*- College degree and four years of related work experience, or a minimum of
8 years related work experience.
- PMP Certification
- 5+ years Program Management experience
- 7+ years Project Management experience
- Demonstrated experience in translating business strategy into a program
execution strategy
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading large scale, complex
people, process, and systems projects
- Experience in managing large-scale technology vendors
- Ability to successfully partner and communicate with all departments and
levels of an organization
- Demonstrated ability to influence and impact the business change
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to forge relationships resulting
in successful partnerships
- Demonstrates political savvy and professionalism
- Experience managing a team of 2-4 project managers and large matrix
structured project teams
- Financial industry experience
- Outstanding client relationship management skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $1M+
- Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms
- Ability to work well with people with varying technical, business, and
cultural backgrounds
- Demonstrated successful mastery of major components of the Systems --
Lifecycle Development methodology in the context of major systems
implementations
- Prior experience executing project discovery and investigation, including
development of a Cost-Benefit Analysis
- Demonstrated high level of analytical and problem solving skills
- Extensive experience with process reengineering
- MS Project experience

*Preferred Qualifications:*
- 10 + years of technology and business/financial industry work experience
with at least 3 years of leadership experience and 5 years in managing
projects.
- 5 + years of IT work experience including managing projects.
- Experience and knowledge with T. Rowe Price business processes and culture

- 8 + years of Program Management experience
- MBA
- PgMP certification
- Project Server experience
- SharePoint experience

*Differences:*

*Job # 1 -* Collateral Management Individual should have knowledge of
collateral management including margin and collateral calculations
(Over-the-counter (OTC) Derivatives, Repo, and Securities Lending), and
understanding of how to provision this data to downstream systems such as
settlement and risk management platforms.

* Job # 2 -* FX Automations Individual should have knowledge of end-to-end
FX trading practices to include: Currency Spot and Forwards trading, Third
party dealing, FX Execution venues such as FX All and FX Connect platforms,
and treasury confirmation and settlement to include Continuous Linked
Settlement (CLS).

* Job # 3 -* Data Management Candidate should possess skills and proven
track record for creating and implementing data architecture strategy. The
candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to lead a team in the
design and implementation of complex database and data integration
solutions. Ideal candidate would have deep understanding of data and
processes associated with large scale financial and capital markets systems,
accounting, trading and reporting systems, with at least 5+ years in data
modeling, data integration and conversion into high performance database
designs.

*Job # 4* - Corporate Actions - Prefer candidate to have working knowledge
of XSP Corporate Action Solution or other comparable vendor package. In
addition, candidate should possess detailed working knowledge of corporate
action process including event notification, scrubbing, event publication,
voluntary notification and response and entitlements processing. Candidate
should also have familiarity with SWIFT ISO15022 MT 564-568 messages and
XBRL for corporate actions
