Job Title : Help Desk Level (junior Level)
Location  :  York ,PA (loacl)
Duration  : 6 Months Contract
Rate         :  $10/hr on CTC

Responsibility:
'Under supervision, executes technical troubleshooting and basic engineering
tasks in support of hardware, software, and Business Applications. Other
responsibilities include documenting daily work activities, maintaining
equipment in a safe, proper working condition and providing technical
training.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Provides second tier technical support, incident, and problem management to
end users on the technology issues regarding computer operations and
networks including software support and administration, installation,
setups, error messages, system status, and downtime procedures, etc. 2.
Troubleshoots and supports software applications and business processes,
troubleshoots and repairs new or existing hardware. Analyzes and tests new
hardware / software configurations. 3. Prepares formal reports and technical
documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate Degree or equivalent relevant experience or training. Minimum of 4
years experience in the technical field (advanced skills, additional
education and exceptional performance may alter this requirement). Must
possess good oral, written and listening communication skills. Strong
knowledge of Windows XP required. Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and
resolve a broad range of technical problems. Basic networking skills:
Ethernet, TCP/IP, Wireless, VPN, NIC and connectivity analysis. Basic
understanding of DNS and DHCP.
