Mandatory Requirements:
Associates degree in Information Technology (IT) and three years related
field experience or four years direct experience in IT software development.
Desirable Experience:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
*4+ years* of progressive experience working with project staff (both
program and technical staff) architecting, designing, authoring technical
designs for a large complex Client Server environment using an “N-tiered”
methodology based on a defined user requirement.
*4+ or more year*s experience working directly with customers to identify
their business processes, rules, application user requirements, and business
process re-engineering.
*4+ years *of progressive experience working with project staff (both
program and technical staff) developing both the client and the middle tier
software for a large complex Client Server environment, *(using an
“N-tiered” methodology)*, using Visual Basic based on a defined technical
design.
*3+ years* experience working within a *SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child
Welfare Information System)* based system as part of the Application
Development organization.
*3+ years* experience working within an integrated large complex Client
Server application using VB and, in part, interacting with FCP version 4.1
(Foundation for Cooperative Processing) modules
