In addition the incumbent will communicate deliverables/milestones and will direct staff internally/externally to ensure on-time, on-budget and in spec delivery of products/projects. Candidate should have a strong technical background and a thorough understanding of methodologies. They should have an ability to participate in client presentation. CORE SKILLS- (REQUIRED) - Experience in ETL programming. - Experience with Clarity, Clarity Admin and Studio - Knowledge and Hands on experience in SQL Server, Ability to write complex queries in SQL Server, Develop Stored Procedures and Views in SQL Server 2005. - Hands on Experience working with SQL Server Business Intelligence to define ETL work flows and customization. - Experience in implementing Clarity ETL, integration with People Soft and other Enterprise Resource System. - Experience in development and working with complex portlets within Clarity. - Hands on Reporting experience with Business Objects Xi Release 2 and Crystal Reporting 8.0.
