We are currently running Oracle R12 with a footprint of Financials,
Procurement and HRMS modules within 13 countries.
As part of the continued HRMS development and rollout of the system we
require a developer to provide assistance in all technical processes related
to the rollout and support of the system including the following modules:
Core HR
Employee and Manager Self Service
3rd party Payroll interfaces
Discoverer reporting and EUL updating
Post go-live Data Conversion

*Experience & Skills Required*
3-5+ years working in a similar role
Experience in the end to end technical configuration role
Excellent PL/SQL skills
Understanding of Oracle Applications API’s
Understanding of Oracle Applications People Schema
UNIX/Linux knowledge
Oracle Discoverer skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Understanding of project management techniques.
Financial Services Industry experience a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to effectively
communicate with all levels of senior management and global employee base.
Good organizational skills.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Positive, energetic and creative attitude.
Customer service oriented.
Ability to multi-task and reprioritize as needed

*Key Roles and Functions*
Development of inbound and outbound interfaces.
Development and update of reports (Discoverer, XML Publisher)
Development of SQL Loader scripts for the import/migration of data.
Design Develop Concurrent Processes
Management of patching process (via 3rd party support Oracle OnDemand).
Management of technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Development/creation of fast formulas (PL/SQL) where appropriate
Development and update of AME rules and workflow processesIndustry
Experience
Understanding of Financial Services industry a plus
Qualifications in Oracle configuration or related, a plus.
