Financial Services Industry experience a plus Strong oral and written communication skills are essential. Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of senior management and global employee base. Good organizational skills. Design Develop Concurrent Processes Management of patching process (via 3rd party support Oracle OnDemand). Management of technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
