Job Title : Web Test Analyst Location : Des Moines , IA Duration : 3-6 Months Contract Responsibilities: 1-2 years experience writing structured test cases/test scripts for complex web applications. Demonstrated understanding of web applications and structures. Demonstrated ability to manage business expectations and understand business processes. Effective communication skills including issue resolution. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to operate with some specific direction and general direction. Ability to see a task through to completion independently or as a team member. Analytical ability and strong problem solving skills. Demonstrated ability to produce results. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment. Qualifications: Analyze requirements, functional specifications, other diagrams and other documents to construct effective test scripts. With direction, specify test cases and design test scripts for efficient testing of web applications. Interpret test plans to understand priorities, schedules, and expectations Review documented requirements to ensure testability, maintainability, accuracy and consistency. Document test coverage and traceability to requirements. Develop test scripts and define test data for System Testing and Production Verification. Execute test scripts and document test results for IT projects. Identify system defects and retest defect resolutions. Support and adhere to IT Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), operational procedures and development and security standards.
