*I need 2 java developers for a 6 month project in San Mateo, California
with the following skills. Must have excellent communication skills.
The candidate should be a self-motivated individual with high technical
competence in server side and technologies. The candidate should have the
experience of working in high-pressure environments, and should be able to
manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously. The candidate
would be expected to routinely interact with clients and various project
teams and technical groups.
1. Experience and maturity with range of technologies and frameworks
(Hibernate,
Spring, EJB2, Any BPM related experience is a plus).
2. Ability to take self initiatives
3. Able to design medium level complex problems.
4. Attitude of taking ownership and driving through delivery
5. Good Design Skills
6. Self motivated learner
7. Past Proven track record of delivery
