*Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Little Rock AR Duration: 8-12 Months Rate : $42/hr* *Description: * As a Business System Analyst you will formulate and define project requirements using systems analysis techniques. Your responsibilities will include conducting a needs analysis, process documentation and system testing as necessary. You will need excellent communication and leadership skills as you interact with clients and service partners - both internally and externally coordinating the analysis, development and implementation of service requests and key business initiatives. You must be well organized as you will manage multiple tasks - and follow their progress to completion. *Requirements Skills:* 5-7 years experience as a BA with at least 2 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis and System Testing Experience in the Financial Services / Banking & Regulatory industry. Ability to coordinate and integrate requirements and testing in a multi-application environment is required. 3-5 yrs experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the testing life cycle and methodologies is required. SQL skills - Must be able to write and debug basic queries against a relational database. Computer skills to include: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access. 5-7 years experience analyzing and documenting requirements for complex systems. Exceptional writing and communication skills *Other requirements:* Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology is preferred. Some additional accounting background in previous positions would be a plus.
