*Hi Friends,* *Project Manager with Pharma Industry Experience* *12 + Months* *Boston, MA. * *Job Description* With project management experience in pharmaceuticals who can lead a project that is expected to start in the next 2 – 3 weeks. Over the first 2 months the person will work approx. 25-30 hours per week. The next 9-12 months will be project execution with pretty much full time hours. This role will be responsible for developing relationships with R&D stakeholders, surfacing unmet IT needs and project requests, and managing portfolios of software Products and IT projects, He/She will serve as a strategic IT liaison to the R&D organisation. The primary focus is to deploy, and support the R&D System/s such as CTMS (BioClinica R&D), Argus, JReview and other associated enterprise systems in support of ClinOp Research, Regulatory Affairs, and Safety functions and processes. The resource will collaborate closely with relevant operational groups, other IT resources and Vendor. *Key Accountability/Core Job Responsibilities:* · Oversight and management of R&D Applications · Pro-actively lead requirement gathering efforts and translate into Functional and Technical requirements/Specifications. · Co-ordinate with Vendor and in-house Programmer/Administrator for system/s updates, enhancements, and associated new tool/system/ss. · Author project documentation including Project Charters, Business Requirements, manage budgets and track/manage resource allocations · Develop and present relevant System strategies and road maps. · Drive adoption of and facilitate change management of R&D system/s · Co-ordinate and assist on training for Business end users · Manage Vendor relationships and lead weekly calls with vendors · Ensure GxP validated solutions comply with FDA regulations throughout the solution life cycle · Assist in the creation of training materials, & programs · Escalate issues to Sr. Management, and to vendor support as needed *Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements:* 3-5 years of experience implementing system/s in GxP controlled environment including responsibility for the implementation of R&D systems Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with different levels of management. Project management and Operations experience in the Bio-Pharma industry Skills – Project Management, SDLC, Business Analysis, Vendor Management, User Adoption, and System Training Systems Experience (CTMS, Argus, JReview, LIMS) or relevant R&D system experience preferred.
