*Role*: Sr. Java Tech Lead (Production Support)
*Location*: Monterey Park, CA
*Duration*: 6-12 Months

*Job Description:*

   - Drive 24x7 production support operations in Technical Lead capacity
   for Java based Web Applications following Incident management guidelines.
   - Lead a technical team based on onshore-offshore model for incident
   resolution and follow-ups.
   - Provide accurate response and attention towards production issues as
   per the defined SLA’s.
   - Attend bridge call with for major issues and drive the team towards
   quick and accurate resolution.
   - Send required communication to stakeholders for critical issues.
   - Coordinate and work closely with multiple teams to resolve production
   issues. Perform Root Cause Analysis and publish findings for major
   incidents.
   - Troubleshoot unique issues with application team and follow problem
   management process if required.
   - Monitor project targets and take corrective actions to maintain SLAs.
   - Anticipate impact to production environment and plan to mitigate
   risks.
   - Responsible for reviewing and publishing periodic status reports as
   per project requirements.
   - Review Change Reports and highlight the changes that could impact
   supported applications.
   - Analyze the Incident trend and suggesting improvement ideas.
   - Attend CAB meetings and perform impact assessment of the changes.
   - Drive Knowledge transfer sessions with application teams for changes
   deployed in production for supported applications.
   - Publish minutes from Knowledge transfer sessions and follow-up with
   respective teams on action Items.
   - Create and maintain knowledge repository.
   - Perform appropriate testing of application post releases and changes
   - Onboard new applications as per business requirements.
   - Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams to secure delivery
   objectives.
