*ARK Solutions Inc*, is looking for *Pega LSA* for *Long term* with one of our client at *Moline, Illinois**.* Please review the job description below and let me know if you are available and interested in it. *Job Title:* *Pega LSA* *Location*: Moline, Illinois *Duration:* Long Term *Pay Rate:* Negotiable *JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIRED SKILLS* Minimum 7 years’ experience, Bachelor’s Degree. Certification: TOGAF-9 level 2; or IAF level 2. Should be master in Functional Architecture Design and Architecture Knowledge and Financial Analysis. Should have experience in Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Technical Solution Design, Negotiating, Change Management and Continuous (Service) Improvement. Should be proficient in Business Analysis. A standard Pega LSA plus: Must have solid off shore management experience Must have previous pega architect roles Hands-on, interactive approach with the client Will be assigned user stories for ongoing new development (at least 50% of hours, maybe more) Assist with triage of defects (new development, warranty support) Quickly respond to high-priority defects with hands-on solutions (i.e. fix them on the spot, when possible, or take them as personal tasks). Quick response and turnaround is key. Will need to participate in daily meetings with offshore and present updates Participate in or lead DCO sessions, and present as necessary Participate in or lead weekly playbacks (demos) and present as necessary *Preferred: * 1. Ability to conduct DCO sessions with client (gather and document requirements). The actual DCO tool in Pega is not required for this. However, strong understanding of this tool is required. The ability to demonstrate changes to the client in PRPC during the DCO session is very highly valued. 2. Ability to elaborate upon and write complete user stories 3.
