*Job Description*

 Immediate opening for a *Sr. Oracle Fusion HCM Lead*. Your skills are
needed to assist a large energy company headquartered out of Chicago, IL
60603. In this role you will be responsible for providing Project
Management and Functional support to the Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM team and
they setup and integrate *Oracle Fusion's Talent Management and Goal
modules*. Your role will be to provide SME (Subject Matter Expertise) on
both the Talent Management and Goal Module as part of post-merger and
acquisition activities. This will include providing analysis to
identifying, evaluate, and implement system enhancements and procedures.

The selected candidate should be able to work independently and communicate
directly with functional project resources as needed, as well as, quickly
research, identify and resolve defects. Please note excellent
communication, documentation, people & organization skills are essential to
your success.

*Responsibilities will include:*

- Lead/Manage the implementation of the Oracle Fusion Talent Management and
Goal Modules. This includes Performance Management/Goal, Succession
Planning and Employee and Job Profiles.

- Lead/Manage the full lifecycle from outlining scope, gathering
requirements, creating functional design documents, configuration
(prototyping) and testing.

- Project Planning/Project Management

- OBTI

- Overseeing the development of End User Documentation and Manuals

- Change Management

*Required Qualifications / Skills:*

- Functional Expertise on the Oracle Fusion Staff Augmentation / Talent
Management and Goal modules

- Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM / HRIS in content and life cycle

- 5+ years working in a Lead or Project management role with strong Project
Planning and Functional Design Skills

- 10 years' experience implementing HCM solutions

- Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle
(requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing)

- OBTI

- Knowledge of the HR function and processes

- Strong communication skills, both written and oral

- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

- Aptitude for trouble-shooting and problem-solving
