Attends meetings for functional query and resolution. Reviews and Guides Test Executors / Test engineers in test execution and domain Provides Effective and efficient Test Planning, Scoping, Estimation and Execution Reviews the work delivered by testers. Guides/drives team towards correct solution. Mentors test engineers/executors and other junior members within the team on the domain and testing *Education:* Undergraduate degree with sound computer background and testing experience. *Testing Certification desirable* Business Domain Competency *Required Skills:* *Agile Experience needed* Specializes in functional testing In depth knowledge of business domain In depth knowledge of testing concepts Skilled level Database knowledge Good communication and interpersonal skills Intermediate knowledge of testing tools Good communication and interpersonal skills, conflict management, presentation skills, and negotiation skills Management Skill - Ability to self-manage and report to Test Lead and Project Manager. Interaction - Will work closely with the business (SWA). Complexity/Problem Solving - High complexity.
