We are currently working on filling an exciting new contract opportunity
for an *ITIL Process Analyst *position that will be based out in *Minneapolis,
MN*.



*Job Title: ITIL Analyst*

*Location: Minneapolis, MN*

*Duration: 5 Months*



*Candidates must have ITIL Certification with excellent COM skills and
extensive experience in Incident Management. Phone hire is fine, but they
must have excellent COM skills*



*Description**: *

•         Individual will have background in ITIL.

•         Will have experience in process improvement.

•         Experience with ServiceNow is highly desirable.

•         The daily work is to look at processes and to meet with process
owners to improve processes.

•         Some immediate efforts will be needed to educate some of our IT
staff on certain processes.



*Skills: *

·         Expert knowledge of desktop PC and peripherals support, scripting
experience required

·         Seven years of equivalent IT experience desired

·         Project coordination desired

·         Strong problem solving skills

·         The ability to effectively communicate within a multi-disciplined
team, across multiple locations and the ability to interact with customers

·         Ability to produce clear, concise reporting

·         Demonstrated ability to work well independently

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Familiar with software tools such as Service Now SOW



*Summary of Project Scope: *

This is to provide technical expertise and excellent customer service to
departments while Fairview staff members are re-directed to project work.
This technician will provide on-site support for desktop support and
hardware issue resolution.



*Project Deliverables: *

*Support: *

·         Provide customer support through

·         Provide support for application or core work initiatives Incident
Management*

·         Resolve customer incidents, PC reimaging, general support



*Other**: *

·         Record time in client reporting tool.

·         Other activities as requested.
