They are working under a Product manager who is managing the role for now . *I. **ESSENTIAL & ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES* · Facilitation and communication with PM to: o administer user access, User Roles, Security and Profiles o maintain SFDC Objects, fields, page layouts, workflow rules and validation rules. o resolve escalated operational business data and training issues · Work with PM to liaise between business and I.T. staff regarding system administration issues such as escalated Help Desk calls, change management for upgrades and enhancements, system availability, response time, backup/recovery and Force.com system interfaces. · Partner with other IT personnel and teams in a supportive and collaborative manner to troubleshoot and resolve Force.com’s system issues. · Understand and collaborate with Salesforce vendor staff for system development and support as needed. · Produce systems and procedural documentation. · Assist in the development and delivery of training and other required documentation. · Assist in development and execution of test plans to ensure compliance with specification and quality end results. · Participate and coordinate acceptance testing activities with stakeholders and end-users. *II. **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE * · Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline or equivalent work experience and technical training. · Minimum of 5 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce system implementer. · Certified Salesforce.com Administrator. *III. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES * · Understanding of APEX and Visual Force development, Basic Javascript, Drawloop Document generation and relationships, basic SQL, SF Custom Objects and relationship types, SF communities, SFDC Portal Profile, SFDC Custom Object Security and GIT or other code repositories. · Ability to absorb, understand and communicate written and verbal information and ideas, and to deliver in a concise manner that is easily understood by others. · Ability to listen to, understand and communicate information and ideas, to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. · Ability to apply critical thinking to identifying the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. · Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. · Ability to apply knowledge, experience and principals to specific problems to produce resolutions. · Ability to take abstract information and develop conceptual solutions, which can be applied to existing problems and issues. · Ability to determine when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
