BayOne is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. You will play a critical role in attracting the best talent for the agency, from developing effective recruitment methodologies, to working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and on-boarding candidates. *Essential Duties & Responsibilities * - Manage full life cycle of the recruitment process - Develop recruitment strategy.
