(70%) Testing: Follow Test Driven Development guidelines to perform Unit, Integration, and Load testing. (10%) Production On Call Support: as part of team rotation, perform Level 2 (24*7) production support (5%) Performance Fine-tuning: Work on increasing the application throughput and response times and working through constraints.
