This environment will source a majority of its data from the client's existing healthcare analytics platform which handles much of the data processing and creates derived data sets. They will work with the client and key customers to define Stories and Sprints for required development activities across data modeling, ETL development, data loads, report build, testing, and releases. The Data Mart environment will be hosted on SQL Server and will need to support both standardized reporting as well as deep ad hoc analytics by advanced users. The Scrum Master should have demonstrated several years of experience working with healthcare clients to develop analytical environments and be able to manage cross-functional development teams.
