The need is to provide Operational/Support with primary responsibility focused on monitoring, support and troubleshooting. • The person is needed to provide additional support while the FTE Cloud/OpenStack Administrator is helping to Launch Production of a new Data Center. • An extension could be considered if the additional workload warrants. *Responsibilities: * • Provided day-to-day monitoring, troubleshooting and support. *Required: * • 5+ years' experience as a Systems Administrator • OpenStack Administration • Cloud Administration • Good understanding of the basics Cloud fundamentals • Strong communication skills *Desired: * • Linux experience • Network experience – not required however if the person had this experience he/she could help the network team if additional support was needed.
