1. Prior big 4 consulting experience, such as Accenture, Cap, Deloitte,
E&Y, ideally aligned to the strategic/management consulting practice
2. Proven track record of designing, spear-heading, implementing and
then transitioning a PMO, while gaining consensus from key stakeholders
along the way
3. Experience around building out program management functions (release,
demand, capacity management, etc.).
4. In depth understanding and experience rolling out organizational wide
governance while ensuring the proper master data policies are being adhered
to
5. Strong leader in change and communication management
