Experience using ASP.net, C# and MVC4/MVC5 Code first/Database First technologies. · Experience with SQL Server development and MS TFS configuration and administration. · Need candidate who has experience working for Federal Agencies with the ability to interpret business applications into workable IT web solutions. · Must be able to optimize and create reusable stored procedures. · Candidate must be able to communicates in a professional manner when interacting with less-experienced staff, peers, senior staff, and internal or external customers and demonstrates the ability to actively listen to others. · Ability to produce well-written technical and business documentation and prepare and conduct presentations is a must. · Candidate must be able to coach less-experienced staff members in a mentor-type relationship and influences and negotiate with other work teams and the customer. *Essential Functions and Responsibilities * · Design, build, test high quality complex IT web solutions. · Solves complex, analytical problems independently · Generates innovative approaches and solutions to complex problems · Diagnose and resolve complex issues. · Work on Agile Teams and following Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM · Mentors less-experienced staff in their technical development. · Mastered the following tools and technology: · Web Application Development, C*#, .NET, SQL, MVC4/MVC5 Code first/Database First, Web APIs, HTML5, TDD, Agile, Scrum, NUnit, Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 or higher and Angular JS, * · Source Control: Microsoft TFS configuration and Administration. · Scripting: Jquery, Native JS, Angular JS is a plus · Stylesheets: CSS/CSS3, Bootstrap · Database: SQL server 2012 or higher, knowledge of migrating from code first solution to database. · Backend: Optimized and reusable stored Procedures/Functions, PL/SQL, Jobs, Triggers, SSIS packages. · Others: Spreadsheet Gear, work or research on Third Party tools, Resharper, Nuget manager.
