Skills:

1. To effectively test Peoplesoft Payroll, Benefits and Time & Labor through
a rigorous testing process -  A candidate must have a strong hands-on
testing and QA lead background in Peoplesoft.  Follow rigorous system
development life cycle (SDLC), quality and project management best
practices, comply with internal Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and other processes
related to regulatory or compliance requirements, and adhere to Change
Control and Problem Management procedures
2. Good understanding of HCM concepts
3. Working knowledge of Peoplesoft Payroll(North America), Benefits and Time
& Labor
4. Knowledge of People Codes
5. Strong Knowledge of Peoplesoft tools 8.49
6. Knowledge of integration broker such as XML Publisher
7. Basic understanding of JCL
8. Working knowledge of writing SQL queries
9. Basic understanding or Oracle DB
10. Basic understanding of Java and .Net technologies
11. Quality Center proficiency
12. Working knowledge in QTP (e.g.- test execution using QTP)..
