Job Title: Project Manager Location: Minneapolis, MN Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Looking for experience managing and implementing projects in an Operations Environment. *Only Green Card, Citizen & GC-EAD* RESPONSIBILITIES: • Create resource plans and manage BA resources. • Create and manage project plans, risks, issues, decisions and open questions. • Create estimates. • Create and manage forecasts. • Communicate with project team members, stakeholders and SMEs, legal and compliance representatives and Senior Leadership. • Ensure that all project milestones are completed on-time, on budget. • Track, manage & escalate risks and issues. REQUIREMENTS: • Manage and implement projects in an Operations Environment including managing process mapping, FTE analysis, communication and training strategy Strong business stakeholder management experience. Experience in Financial Services, specifically working on Operations initiatives. • 5+ years of project management experience skilled in translating strategic direction to actionable steps. • Manage projects of $500K or more. • Experience managing projects with large stakeholder groups across legal, compliance, service operations, communications and marketing. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: • Strong Communication skills. • Self-Directed. • High Emotional Competence. • Able to work with tight deadlines.
