Position;* ServiceNow Consultant with OnPremise experience* Location: Houston, TX Duration: 3 months + *Key to the Role: Must have experience with OnPremise, not the Tools of OnPremise but actual ServiceNow OnPremise experience.* *Scope:* Need an expert in migrating customers from Onprem to Cloud. The consultant must have expertise to handle the attached scope. *** Scope of Work Below **** ServiceNow will assist Customer to validate the Customer’s environment and determine migration strategy and resulting task and project plan and, as appropriate given Customer’s timeline, begin the migration based on Consulting hours available. Activities include but limited to the following: *Discovery* - Self Hosted to Cloud Assessment Report - Database infrastructure size and version - Remote connectivity and file transfer capabilities - Plans for user authentication and email configurations - ServiceNow Integration Assessment and Inventory Report - Identification of existing technical integration points, currently understood to be 24 - Risk assessment and mitigation plans for each integration - Acceptance Testing - Identify the specific acceptance criteria, testing and instance validation required by Customer - Data Transfer and Cutover - Specify the best supported connectivity for transferring data between the self-hosted and cloud based instance *Identify Integration Migration Strategy* - Based in findings, create a detailed task plan, inclusive or roles and responsibilities, for properly integrating systems with the instance now located in the ServiceNow Cloud - As appropriate and agreed to, execute on the integration migration plan and development tasks *Hosted Infrastructure Provisioning* - Based in findings, create a detailed task plan, inclusive or roles and responsibilities, for the proper deployment of application/database servers per ServiceNow cloud standards for instance size now located in the ServiceNow Cloud - Based in findings, create a detailed task plan, inclusive or roles and responsibilities, for proper Data Migration - Transfer of Customer data from Customer’s data center to ServiceNow cloud - Creation of infrastructure for transferring and capturing database log files used to keep instances in synchronization - As appropriate and agreed to, execute on the infrastructure provisioning plan and tasks *Acceptance Testing and Cutover to ServiceNow Cloud* - Based in findings, create a detailed task plan, inclusive or roles and responsibilities, for the cut over to ServiceNow Cloud - Define testing plans to ensure that all data is correct and business functionality is operating properly - Define data integrity and functionality - As appropriate and agreed to, execute on the Acceptance Testing and Cutover to ServiceNow Cloud plan and tasks - Validate that all system replication, monitoring and performance are operating properly - Transfer final set of log files to Cloud-based instance, verify transactions are properly reflected in cloud based instance database, enable outgoing notifications in cloud-based instance, disable outgoing notifications permanently in On Premise instance and open cloud-based instance for general use *Thanks& Regards* *Kumara Swamy* *Recruiting Manager* *Techpro IT Solutions INC * *Email:swam...@techproconsulting.com <email%3aswam...@techproconsulting.com>* *Desk:202-779-9902 * *Gtalk ID:kumarbi...@gmail.com <id%3akumarbi...@gmail.com>* *160, Littleton road, Suit:202, Parsippany, NJ-07054* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
