*Role: Data Scientist* *Location: Englewood, CO* *Description:* Experience and Requirements • Proficiency in analytics-related computer languages o SQL o R and/or SAS o Python, Java, or other general purpose language • Degree or comparable experience in a quantitative field such as mathematics/statistics. Masters or PhD preferred • Experience building analytical/predicative models, preferably in a business context (marketing, operations, finance, etc) • Ability to research independently and improve existing and future models based upon latest findings in machine learning and statistics • Working knowledge of the pay TV industry strongly preferred Job Duties and Responsibilities The Viewer Measurement Analytics team is responsible for provided analytical support to business units throughout the organization. Team members must be able to understand potentially complex business problems and design and implement analytics solutions to help solve them.
