Title: SAP CRM 7.0 Location: US-OH-Columbus Duration: 8 Months
Job Description: Resource will be responsible for the service processes for the US1 roll-in. He/she needs to coordinate Fit-Gap workshops, Design of processes, testing and training as well as cutover and go-live support. Resource will be onsite in the US and has to take a strong coordination role with the central team in Switzerland. He or she will report directly to the roll-out leadership team and adhere to the project methodology, processes, quality levels and reporting standards.
